本文采用Merton期权定价模型对存款保险费率做出估计,但是Merton模型只是考虑到银行资产的风险因素,而对于资本充足率、资产质量、管理水平、盈利状况和流动性、市场风险敏感性、资产集中度等因素都没有考虑,这不符合信用评级对银行存款保险风险费率的要求,因此本文选择了其中的部分数据可得的因素,采用建立回归模型的方式对其Merton模型进行修正,利用资本充足率补充资本标准要求,将信用评级以及CAMELS评级所关注的银行评估要求指标化,选取商业银行的财务指标作为监管要求。
