【房皿拆迁补偿费】指国家建设依法征用集体土地，由用地单位向被征用土地上房主支付拆迁损失的补偿余额。被征用土地上的房屋等设施需要拆迁的，必须在申请征用土地的同时，一起编制计划，上报批准，在建设工程开工前，由土地管理部门协助拆迁户安排好住房。房屋拆迁按“拆什么、补什么，拆多少、补偿多少，不低于原水平”的原则，给予合理补偿。搬迁所需三材(钢材、木材、水泥)指标，由建设单位列人初步设计总概算，所需价款及运输费，包括在拆迁费之内。拆迁房屋应按村镇规划统一安排建房地点。
