馅心:虾仁300克,肥肉40克,蛋白10克,盐2克,糖3克,味精2克。

制作:

1.澄粉、生粉加入开水揉成面团,放入猪油擦透成坯皮面团。

2.虾肉、肥肉粒、蛋白、调味料拌成馅心。

3.面团切剂,用刀压薄成圆片包入馅心捏成品字形。

4.上笼用猛火蒸5分钟即可。
