By introducing Concentric Zone Theory that is the new theoretical success of the Economical Geography into partitioning hinterland, a model for partitioning logistics park hinterland based on Concentric Zone Theory is established in the paper, which makes hinterlands partition more scientific and data-measuring.
为打破原有划分的局限,本文将地理学范畴的圈层结构理论引入到物流园区腹地划分当中,并建立了基于圈层结构理论的物流园区腹地划分模型,使得物流园区腹地划分建立在较为科学的、数据量化的基础上;在腹地圈层划分的基础上,通过对园区腹地不同圈层产业结构特点的分析,明确了物流园区货运量的增长模式,主要分为内圈层主导型和外圈层主导型两大类;同时,本文针对物流园区腹地不同圈层的数据结构特点,建立了相应的预测模型,使得物流园区货运量预测结果更加科学、合理;最后,本文以渤海新区物流园区为例,做了相应的实证分析。

所谓%26ldquo;圈%26rdquo;，实际上意味着%26ldquo;向心性%26rdquo;，%26ldquo;层%26rdquo;则体现了%26ldquo;层次分异%26rdquo;的客观特征。圈层结构反映着城市的社会经济景观由核心向外围呈规则性的向心空间层次分化。圈层结构中，城市是圈层构造的主体。多年以前，德国的农业经济学家冯早在杜能在其《孤立国》一书中就已经指出，城市郊区的农业经济活动，农业的布局会呈圈层式分布，将会以城市为中心，围绕城市呈向心环状分布。从中心向外，分别为自由农作区、林业区、轮作农业区、谷草农作区、三圃农作区和畜牧业区。这种圈层空间结构模式被誉为%26ldquo;杜能环%26rdquo;。
