又称“CT型良性癫痫”。原发性部分性癫痫的一种类型。常见于4～10岁小儿，夜间多发。临床表现为部分性发作，如口、面或上肢局限性抽搐、口腔内麻木等。神经系统无阳性体征，精神发育及智力良好。脑电图中有中央、颞区频发性棘波或棘慢波发放，对抗癫痫药物有良好反应，青春期后自然终止，预后良好。
