委托人要求受托人亲自处理委托事务的权利：因为委托人是基于对受托人处理事务的能力的信任才予以委托的，所以委托人应亲自处理委托事务。法谚＂委托的权限，不得在委托＂，意在防止受托人有负委托人的信任而任意将委托的事务转由他人处理而损害委托人的利益，但委托人同意转委托的，法律自无禁止的必要，依《合同法》第400条的规定，“受托人应当亲自处理委托事务，经委托人同意，受托人可以转委托。转委托经同意的，委托人可以就委托事务直接指示转委托的第三人，受托人仅就第三人选任及其对第三人的指示承担责任，转委托未经同意的，受托人应当对转委托人的第三人的行为承担责任，但在紧急情况下，受托人为维护委托人的利益需要转委托的除外，这说明委托人同意转委托的，只有在受托人对第三人的选任及其对第三人的指示上有过错的，受托人才对转委托的第三人处理转委托事务向委托人承担责任，而转委托未经同意的，除紧急情况下受托人为保护委托人利益需要转委托的以外，受托人均应承担责任。是否是在紧急情况下为了保护委托人利益需要转委托的，均由受托人负举证责任。但不论是否经委托人同意转委托，委托人都可以直接请求转委托的第三人履行处理委托事务的义务。《合同法》第400条
