在活套系统中,由于活套高度(套量)和带钢张力是相互耦合的,这种交叉关系严重影响了被控量的调节,采用自抗扰控制器取代张力调节环节中的PI控制器,与传统的PID控制器相比,采用积分变形避免了微分灾,将传统的控制工程经验通过误差的非线性组合方式引入系统,通过误差估计抑制系统外扰。

为了进一步提高板带热轧厂厚控精度及控制品质,需对具有非线性、强耦合、不确定、多约束特性的活套系统建立工程上适用的数学模型,以实现活套高度与张力系统的解耦控制。

Through the tools of Matlab we make out of the transfer function of looper system.
通过耦合系统的动态结构图,求取活套耦合系统的状态空间表达式,经过Matlab变换求得系统的传递函数,再根据解耦不变性原理,求得系统的解耦网络传递函数,最后应用Matlab的系统仿真工具Simulink对活套系统和解耦网络进行联合仿真实验,结果表明解耦后活套控制系统可达到较好的控制效果。
