According to the problems how to effectively reduce the cost,the author describes how to reduce the cost of the real estate enterprise from the design link,the bidding link,the cost analysis link and the project audit link,hops to reduce the engineering cost and improve the profit rate,and makes the real estate enterprise win the market competition.

Based on comparisons of the design plans and operating conditions of the auto hydrologic forecast systems constructed at different periods in Xuzhou water-regimen subcenter,this paper expounds the design links affecting the reliability of auto hydrologic forecast and presents some problem-solving measures.
