发展变化的模式(pattern of deve]op-mental change)用发展参数描述身体和心理发展过程的一种模型。J.洛文格认为，发展变化的模式有如下四种:(l)从同一时间开始，最后达到同一顶点，但发展速度不同。人体骨骼的发展模式正是如此。(2)发展速度不同，顶点也不相同。如智力的发展，每个人的发展速度不同，最后的智商也不同。(3)社会规定了固定的进行速度，但允许最后的水平有所不同。如个人的学习生涯就是如此，最后同样毕业于大学本科，但每个人的贡献大小又不一样。(4)此模式没有持久的顶点水平，发展到最高水平后就会随时间的增长而下降。如人的运动能力发展就是如此。 (白学军撰林索德审)
