This text designed "data gather mechanism of acting as agent" by using XML technology,and exposited the "XML-RDBMS datum change" middleware detailedly,it realized flexibility and consistency of the data gathering,and strengthened systematic expansion.

In order to preserve the original semantic integrity, avoid the redundancy and the abnormity in the process of update, in this paper we present a novel method to normalize XML documents based on XML transformation technology,and update XML document directly based on the normalized XML, XNF.
