在聚合物波导单微环谐振插分滤波器的基础上,设计出了基于聚合物宽自由光谱区的三微环波导谐振波分复用器(TRR,TripleRingResonators),并利用耦合模理论对所设计的微环谐振插分滤波器件进行了理论计算,发现自由光谱区间有很大的扩宽(FSR=60nm),并且该三微环插分滤波器件的自由光谱区是构成器件的不同半径两种微环自由光谱区的最小公倍数。
