对福建电网电力负荷管理系统的发展、实时业务流量、管理业务流量进行分析,根据分析结果及目前福建电力通信网的状况,提出利用福建电力广域ATM高速多业务数据网,通过省移动GPRS网关和省联通CDMA1X网关分别实现本地专线互联,建成福建电网负荷管理系统专用IP网络的构想,并对负荷控制系统专用IP网的总体结构、广域网拓扑结构、局域网拓扑结构、路由选择方案进行了设计。
