The Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project was set up in April,2002,which brings chances of strengthening the construction of rural culture.

This article discusses the status and challenge to the local library in the cultural information resources sharing project and put forward to measures to ensure that the sharing project is effective operation at the grass-roots level in rural areas by construction of library resources sharing model between the academic library and the local library.

This paper introduces the development status of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project, and puts forward some concrete measures for promoting the cultural information resources sharing project.

Being a culture innovation project,the National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is an important practice in public cultural service system construction.

By analyzing the status of tailings resource utilization and exploitation in metal mines,the following proposals are put forward,the investment on technology development and policy support should be enahanced,the utilization rate of tailings should be increased,the management system should be improved and the tailings resource informatization data system should be established.
