日光同步闪光(Daylight synchro)，在曝光当时，遇到无须闪光的亮度时，使频闪光或闪光与辅助光或主光同步后拍摄。因为必须使日光的亮度和频闪光（或闪光）的亮度取得平衡，致使光圈和快门速度的配统发生困难。用频闪灯光时，因为需要慢快门。如不用镜头快门，一般都不能得心应手。
