未完税交货(指定目的地)贸易术语，国际代码为DDU。按照1 990年版的《国际贸易术语解释通则》的解释，采月这一贸易术语时，卖方应以通常条件自负费用订立运输合同.将货物按通常的路线和惯常方式运达指定目的地的约定地点，并在合同规定的期限内将货物置于买方控制之下，就算完成交货。买方的主要责任是受领货物，负责办理进日手续，承担由此引起的风险和有关费用，如进口关税、手续费等。除此之外，买方还承担交货后的一切风险和费用。至于出口手续和费用，由卖方自负风险和费用取得出口许可证和其他官方证件，并办理出口手续。如果双方同意由卖方全部办理出境和入境的手续及费用，则应对此在合同中作出具体规定。此外，卖方还应提供商业发票、提货单或通常的运渝单据。该贸易术语适用于任何一种运输方式。
