香油 1/3大匙
白芝麻 适量
蒜末 1/3大匙
[制作流程]
(1)买茄子时，要选择大约直径4公分左右的茄子或者日本茄子均可。
(2)先将茄子及九层塔洗净沥干，茄子切斜片约1公分厚片备用。
(3)将调味料搅拌均匀，涂在茄子两面上，排入烤网中烤至茄子熟透软化后即可。
(4)要吃的时候，在两片茄子中，夹入九层塔，即可食用。
