On the basis of analyzing the previous papers published at home and abroad, and considering the special characteristic of Chinese railways, the paper presents a multi objective programming model of car flow routing with bidirectional heavy and empty cars in a railway network, in which there are six objectives, twelve system constraints and two sets of non negative constraints.
