伏气温病 病名。感受外邪，蕴伏于里，经过一定时期而发的温病。见《温热经纬》卷二。以《素问·阴阳应象大论》“冬伤于寒，春必病温”为理论根据。病发即见内热较重，出现发热、口渴、心烦、溲赤等症状。治以清泄里热为主。一说“春日阳生，内蕴之热，原有萌动之机，而复薄受外感，与之相触，则陡然而发，表里俱热”（见《衷中参西录·治温病方》）。参见温病、春温、伏暑、温疟等条。
