利用有限元分析软件DEFORM-2D,就汽车钢圈轮辐零件的实际所用材料(料厚t=6 mm、牌号为35号钢)的双重正间隙冲裁进行了其变形过程的数值模拟,获得了双重正间隙冲裁变形区应力应变分布特点及变形过程可以分为8个阶段的细观认识,论证了该新工艺的变形机理为冲裁、整修与挤压的组合。
