By combining the skill of track laying with long rail welding technique, this paper summarizes eight track laying methods of jointless track in urban rail transit, and introduces the advantages and shortcomings of each method and its the suit scope, argues that jointless track can be laid rapidly through the combination of local conditions, the selected method and the matching equipment.
