The tetanic-LTP was used as a marker and the discrimination-learning as a pattern to observe the effects of task-traning of different intensity on the efficacy of synaptic transmission in hippocampal PP-DG pathway during the development of learning-dependent LTP (Ld-LTP).
本实验应用慢性微电极埋植技术和电生理学结合行为学的在体研究方法，首先对大鼠海马PP-DG通路强直性LTP的输入／输出特性进行了探查，在此基础上，以强直性LTP为探测指标，以明暗辨别学习为模型，观察在海马习得性LTP发展过程中，不同强度的作业训练对海马PP-DG通路突触传递效应的影响，从而探讨习得性LTP发展过程中是否存在与学习行为相关的突触传递效应改变机制。
