In the case of two-step serial sudden expansions pipe flow, the characteristic of turbulent pipe flow was studied firstly, the standard k-ε mathematical model and the calculation program were established and verified properly by physical model test data.
针对二阶连续突扩管流,分析研究了紊动水流运动特点,建立了标准k—ε紊流数学模型,编制了计算程序,并利用物理模型试验资料对其进行了验证;利用模型对二阶连续突扩管流水头损失进行计算,分析结果表明,当中间管段的长径比在3~4左右时,相对水头损失系数最小,可以为连续突扩管道的设计提供相关参考依据。
