Based on the DEA model with fixed inputs and the multi-objective DEA model,this paper not only sets up a multi-objective model of certain factors under uncontrollable condition,but also makes a stagewise discrimination on some decision making unit by considering the factor of time.

Study on Different Stage Oriented Assessment Model of New Technology Commercialization;

Based on the analysis of key constraints of different stages,the paper builds stage-dependent evaluation index system and fuzzy evaluation model of enterprises\' growth capacity,and make empirical analysis of JXT corporation,the result shows that the evaluation index and model are scientific and exercisable.

By a practical example of logistics service suppliers evaluation problem,the paper introduces how to apply to the two-phase evaluation method based on AHP and Rough Sets to evaluate logistics service suppliers.
