There are many problems when drilling in the complex stratum formation in Xujiahe,Sichuan province,such as low rate of penetration,borehole collapse,high accident frequency,short bit life,and so on.
为了解决四川须家河组复杂地质条件下机械钻速慢、进尺少、井塌等事故发生率高等问题,在分析该地层岩层特性的基础上,针对龙17井岩样进行了岩石力学性能分析,并在此基础上开展了3种不同齿形与须家河组地层特性岩石接触的有限元仿真研究,得到了各齿形压入速度、压入深度和破碎体积随时间的变化曲线,为须家河地层钻头的设计提供了理论依据。
