冲击与传导理论：是一种关于通货膨胀成因分析的新的理论。该理论认为，冲击是一种力量施加于经济系统上，这种力量可以来自于经济系统内部，也可来自于经济系统外部；可以是经济力量，也可以是非经济力量；可以是确定的，也可以是非确定的。例如，进口产品价格上升可以视为一种来自外部的冲击，利率提高可视为一种政策冲击等等。一个冲击发生后，将会对经济系统产生一系列的影响，这一影响过程称之为传导。如进口产品价格上升必将影响到国内通货膨胀水平上升，这一影响的具体途径，就是一个传导过程。
