In this paper,the author has discussed an actuarial model of society endowment insurance under the assumption that the stochastic return force obeys the Wiener process,and then the computing method about the expected retirement pension is deduced with a correlated analysis of this model.

There are different salary systems and pension measurements for enterprises,government organizations and public institutions, which results in great gaps in treatment for retired employees,violating the principles of endowment insurance,disagreeing with the principle of justice,disadvangeous to personnel flow and increasing social uncertainty.
