The effect of the three kinds of most commonly used digestion solvents-the mixed fluid of nitric acid and perchloric acid (3∶1),the mixed fluid of nitric acid,sulphuric acid and perchloric acid (8∶1∶1),and sulphuric acid and perchloric acid -on the determination of calcium content in low calcium content sample has been studied.
研究了 3∶ 1硝酸、高氯酸混合液 ,8∶ 1∶ 1硝酸、硫酸、高氯酸混合液及硫酸加高氯酸三种常用消解剂对低钙样品钙含量测定的影响 ,以牡丹叶为样品的研究结果表明 ,用前两种消解剂消解样品时 ,测定结果一致 ,回收率分别为 99。
