将患者静脉血液经体外抗凝、紫外线辐射和充氧后立即回输给患者的一种疗法，又叫光量子疗法。回输的血液能促进体内红细胞生成，体积增大、氧合作用增强，血液黏度和细胞聚集活性下降，改善微循环和氧的利用，并能提高机体免疫功能。适应于各类细菌、病毒感染，免疫功能低下，急性缺血、缺氧、感染中毒性脑病、脑血管病后遗症等。一次采血量成人200ml，儿童150ml，婴幼儿10～20ml。如采血困难，也可用库存血。每5天1次，5次为一疗程。
