In this thesis, 5 series of rhodamine derivatives were designed and synthesized including bottom ring modified, N-stabilized, asymmetrical, consisted of double fluorescence groups and ion binding rhodamine derivatives in order to improve the fluorescence intensity and quantum yield, longer-wavelengths, pH-sensitive range, the large Stokes shift and ion binding specificity.

三毛猫，又称三色猫，指黑色、橘色与白色参杂在身上的猫，亦称为玳瑁色。
成因：因决定黑色和橘色的基因是性联位於x染色体上(白色基因在体染色体上)， 若是猫的基因在分化的时候随机去活性化， 可能毛色细胞内黑色基因被去活性而表现出橘色， 反之则呈现黑色， 因此绝大部分三毛猫都是雌性。在少数的例子里， 因多出一个x染色体(en:klinefelter's syndrome)或嵌合体的情况会出现三色公猫。在日本因为雄性三色猫的稀少的缘故，而被视为一种幸运的象徵。
文学：日本推理小说家赤川次郎的一个系列就以此为名(三毛猫シリーズ)。
