This paper studied on whether the specific enhancer sequence and goatβ-lactoglobulin(BLG) regulatory sequences could co-active the expression of human lactoferrin cDNA in the goat mammary epithelial cell by comparing the expression of cell clones which were transfected with two mammary gland-specific expressional vectors independently constructed by different Gene Regulatory Elements.
本研究通过比较不同调控元件构建的乳腺特异性表达载体在山羊乳腺上皮细胞中的表达情况,特定增强子序列与乳蛋白启动子共同激活人乳铁蛋白cDNA在培养的山羊乳腺上皮细胞中表达,为研制乳腺特异性高效表达载体提供依据,为制备高表达转基因克隆动物乳腺生物反应器提供具有表达潜能的体(供核)细胞。

仅能杀灭*细胞增殖周期中某一期癌细胞的抗癌药物。依其作用又分为两类：①作用于S期药物，如*羟基脲、*阿糖胞苷，甲氨蝶呤、巯基嘌呤、硫鸟嘌呤等。其中前两种药物特异性较高，主要干扰DNA合成，但因也能干扰 RNA的合成，可能起到一定的自限作用。临床上宜缓慢静滴或肌注给药。②作用于M期的药物，如长春新碱等。
