根据GENBANK数据库中大肠杆菌(Escheriachia coli)的磷酸甘露糖异构酶基因(phosphomannose isomerase PMI)序列设计引物,通过PCR的方法得到约1200bp片段并与克隆载体pGM-T easy连接,经测序证明与已发表PMI序列同源性达到100%。
