随着光通信网络技术的发展，对光器件性能提出了越来越高的要求，同时MEMS器件在微波、航天、航空、汽车、生物医学、环境监控等领域也发挥着越来越重要的作用，本论文采用有限元数值分析方法，对采用SOI和PMMA的波导型M-Z热光开关、新型LiNbO_3电光调制器和悬臂型MEMS开关等一些典型器件进行了详细计算和分析，考察了其主要结构参数与性能之间的关系，从而为这些器件的优化设计提供了理论依据。
