In this paper, we consider the on-line scheduling problem with non-overlapping maintenance time on parallel machines.

Various methods to determine sample size are discussed according to different distributing type of maintenance time of test sample.

Implying the clusterring result in maintenance time simulation will make maintenance time simulation easier and effectiveness.

The maintenance time simulation method based on maintenance flow diagram are proposed by analyzing existing maintainability indes,which has nicer effect to weapon systems maintainability design,prediction and analysis.

With them the process of unit s work, failure, repair and renovation is described, sequentially the dynamic failure and availability of the units can be computed under the influence of the repair time.
