性质:所在地区距地面10m高度处的风压值,单位为MPa。我国基本风压值的确定系根据工业与民用建筑结构荷载规范,取一般空旷平坦地面,离地10m高、30年一遇10min平均最大风速为标准,并按气压0.101MPa15℃和干燥空气作计算得出的。我国各地的基本风压值不同,如北京为3.5MPa,广州为5.0MPa。
