To provide the liquid drop analysis system with steady and controllable liquid,a microflow-feeding system including a microflow-feeding pump,the circuit which is controlled by microcontroller and the computer software programmed with LabWindows is designed and achieved.

The basic theory of the fiber capacitance drop analysis is firstly introduced in this dissertation, then the realization, calculation and selection of the eigenvalue is studied.

A new method to analyse liquid drop images based on CCD is introduced in this paper,which overcomes the limitations of fiber and the capacitive drop analysis method,and enhances the discrimination ability of liquid drop analysis technology.

Application of oil analysis technique can predict the performance of lubricating oil and the deterioration process of some key components of paper machine so as to take countermeasure of the improvement, and generate significant economic benefits.

The necessity,potential value,basic idea and prospect of oil analysis technique application in daily on-line maintenance,condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of modern papermaking machinery were further discussed.
