金代诗人。字叔通，号龙溪，成都华阳(今属四川)人。北宋大观年间进士。官至资政殿大学士。南宋时出使金国，被留，任礼部尚书、翰林学士承旨，尊为“国师”。后被诬谋反，合家焚死。今存诗五十余首。
