性质:认为反应分子在催化剂表面经碰撞、接触后过渡到一个活化过渡态(形成活化络合物),再转变为产物。1932年由维格纳等人提出,后经其他人完善。此理论大致指出参与反应的本质,在催化反应中不需要一定形成较稳定的中间化合物。该理论认为,反应分子受催化剂表面的活性中心影响,分子变形,化学键松弛,同时形成吸附活化络合物,降低反应活化能,促进反应转变为产物。
