Armydase is crude enzymes,mainly containingβ-glucosidase and Hydroxynitrile lyase,and consisting in the seed of apricot,plum,peach,apple and so on,Armydase is correlated with the aromatic of plant and the phenomena of cyanogen,the phenomena of cyanogen is related to the resistance to natural defence of plant,which protect the plant fiom disease and pest.
苦杏仁苷酶是粗酶制剂,包含β-葡萄糖苷酶(β-glucosidase,BGLu)和羟基腈裂解酶(Hydroxynitrile lyase,HNLs)等,主要存在于杏、桃、李子、苹果等多种果实的种子中,现在一般也将其作为主要含植物BGLu等糖苷酶的一般名使用,是与植物香气和产氰现象密切相关的酶。
