性质:又称黄草次苷。二水合物为针状结晶(由稀甲醇中),熔点153~157℃,旋光度+30.7°(c=1.5,甲醇),+26.0°(c=1.1,氯仿)。植物来源有椴树科植物黄麻(Corchorus capsularis L.),长朔黄麻(C. olitorius L.)种子,十字花科植物播娘蒿[De-scurainia sophia(L.)Schur.]的种子等。具有强心苷的作用,对心律失常有疗效,对酸、碱不稳定,在胃肠中易被破坏。此外,尚有利尿、镇静等作用。
