Quantitative structure-property relationships (QSPR) between the dimyristoyl phosphatidyl choline (DMPC) - water partition coefficient and the descriptors derived from molecular surface electrostatic potential and VolSurf parameters were studied with the multiple linear regression method and partial least square analysis techniques.
