离婚心理进程(m ental proeess in div。rC-ing)离婚是夫妻亲和力不断下降的最终结果，其过程可分为瓦个时期:(l)纠纷期。夫妻矛盾未加调适中止，就会产生纠纷，其纠纷有外泄和内郁两种:口角、殴斗为外泄纠纷，别扭、淡漠为内郁纠纷。(2)戒备期。痕迹性纠纷的积累，使夫妻间出现隔阂，进而导致戒备，如同床异梦，各揣隐秘。(3)裂痕期。戒备总会被对方察觉，于是造成更严重的纠纷，加重戒备，亲和力进一步下降，双方出现裂痕，如双方强烈反感，在行为上相互背离及在信念上产生巨大分歧。(4)犹豫期。裂痕出现后一时合离未定，夫妻均有犹豫，此时夫妻常常发展到情感上的厌恶，甚至行为上的分居。(5)破裂期。裂痕越来越大，越来越深，亲和力趋向于零，最后导致夫妻感情的彻底破裂。感情破裂的夫妻有三种抉择:是离异，即通过法律手段实现离婚;二是凑合，这对双方都是深重的心理负担与巨大的心理挫折;三是拖累，一方明知双方感情早己破裂，但为了折磨对方，使对方沉陷在痛苦之中，拒不离婚，这是不道德的。 (周菊花李艳撰蔫香舟审)
