性质:是吸水链霉菌Streptomyces hygroscopicus和S. sioyaensis产生的一种抗霉菌抗生素,能抑制发癣菌。后发现它也是鼠弗莱得白血病细胞的分化诱导剂。其主要组分A是无色两性粉末,熔点172~174℃,旋光度+62.8 (c=1.007,乙醇),易溶于各种有机溶剂。次要组分B为其铁络合物,暗红紫色棱形结晶,熔点192℃。易溶于氯仿,微溶于低醇秋耕和乙酸乙酯。组分C由链霉菌S. hygroscopicus和S. platensis产生,斜方晶体(甲醇),熔点171~173℃。旋光度+50.5 (c=0.987,甲醇)。具有抗滴虫,抗真菌和抗肿瘤活性。
