论文研究基于 Web 的图形化继电保护运行决策专家系统,主要研究内容有:研究专家系统和决策支持理论在电力系统继电保护中的应用;研究继电保护运行细则及专家经验等知识的特点,用产生式知识表示法结合面向对象方法表示知识,用Oracle 建立了独立的知识库,设计了可以消除等价规则、冗余规则链和冗余条件等的知识维护模块;应用正反向混合推理法、宽度优先结合深度优先的搜索策略及使用临时事实库的冲突消解策略,使用 JSP、Visual C++和 Wizcon,实现了一个面向对象的、基于 Web 的、图形化的继电保护运行决策专家系统。
