unilateral spiral dislocation of cervical spine
是颈椎遭受侧屈旋转暴力时，颈椎一侧关节突脱位，对侧仍不脱位。多见于颈4～7。表现为颈痛，活动受限，斜颈畸形。X线片见上、下棘突间距稍变宽，上位椎略前移，轻度向前成角，CT扫描可见移位程度。颅骨牵引多能复位，如复位失败可手术复位，同时行颈椎融合。
