In order to investigate nootropic active chemical constituents of YIZHI compositae decoction, a kind of clinically proved recipe, compounds were isolated from the water extract of YIZHI compositae, bio-assayed with activities on anti-acetylcholinesterase (AchE).
益智复方汤主要是由何首乌、红参、淫羊藿3味药材按一定比例合煎而得，为临床验方，具有益肾助阳，补气安神，益智养精之功效。

准备白木耳10公克、山药去皮磨成泥状、红枣20粒、冰糖适量、水果丁罐头一罐;准备完成后先红枣、白木耳（去除蒂头）放入水中泡水膨胀，再将白木耳放入果汁机加500cc水中打碎（不要超过15秒）备用，再将白木耳浆、红枣，适量冰糖放置锅中并加入1公升的水煮开后加入山药泥边加边搅拌最后加入水果丁即可食用。
