The experiment showed that if 5%, 7 %, 10% of compound phosphatide be added to the hyperlipemin diet and feed SD rats for 17 days, the dosage of 7% could significantly decrease serum Choksterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein Colesterol (LDL-C), and lower the rate between Choksterol and high density lipoprotien Colesteroll(TC/HDL-C).
本试验表明，高脂饲料中添加5％、7％、10％的复合磷脂喂养大鼠17天，其中7％的剂量可明显抑制高脂大鼠血清总胆固醇（TC）和低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（LDL-C），并能降低总胆固醇与高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇（HDL-C）的比值。

1.将筛状菌接种与稻谷、米糠、动物血液混合物中，经发酵、成熟后，将此发酵物按2%的量加入饲料中，可降低蛋黄中胆固醇的含量，并可提高蛋重。
2.在其他维生素含量相同情况下的基础日粮上，每吨产蛋鸡日粮补充12.5克维生素e、0.15克生物素、40克烟酸及150克维生素c，即可产出低胆固醇蛋。
