Objective:To explore whether nitric oxide (NO) mediates blood-brain barrier (BBB) injury at early stage of severe scald by observing the effects of N_ω-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME) on the permeability of BBB in post-scald rats with severe burn.
目的:观察N_ω-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)对严重烫伤大鼠血脑屏障(BBB)通透性的影响,探讨NO在严重烫伤中损害BBB的机制。

药理作用： 能降低血氨水平，用于肝昏迷，适用于忌钠患者。也适用于其它原因引起血氨过高所致的精神病状。
用法用量： 静滴：1次15-20g，以5%葡萄糖液500-1000ml稀释，滴注宜慢（每次4小时以上来）。
注意事项： （1）用其盐酸盐，可引起高氯性酸血症，肾功能不全者忌用。（2）滴注太快可引起流涎、潮红、呕吐等。
规格： 注射液：5g（20ml）。
