针对其病机拟定益肾化浊开窍法为主要治法,以吴又可《温疫论》中的三甲散为基本方加减成改良三甲散,滋阴潜阳,填精益髓,搜络开窍。

菜 名： 醋糖益母饮
主 料： 红糖30克，米醋20克，益母草15克，当归15克。
做 法： 加清水适量同煎，去渣取汁，分2次服。每日1剂。
药用价值： 主要治疗痛经气滞血瘀型：经前或经期小腹胀痛，行经量少、淋漓不畅、血色紫黯有血块，或呈腐肉片样物，块下则疼痛减轻，胸胁乳房作胀，舌质紫黯，舌边或有瘀点，脉沉弦。
