针对抗癌新药替莫唑胺的作用特点和理化性质,以替莫唑胺及其活性代谢物3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-羧酸(Ⅲ)为先导化合物,设计合成了17个替莫唑胺类似物,其中8个3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-羧酸酯类化合物(Ia~Ih),9个3-甲基-4-氧代咪唑[5,1-d][1,2,3,5]四嗪-8-酰胺类化合物(Ⅱa~Ⅱi),均为未见文献报道的新化合物。
