| 宗气 聚积在人体胸中的气。又称大气。主要由水谷精微和自然界的清气化生。经脾胃消化吸收的水谷精微，上输于肺，与肺吸入的自然界清气相结合便成为宗气。宗气形成后，聚集在胸中气海之处，并贯注于心肺之脉。其主要作用是推动肺的呼吸。凡言语、声音、呼吸的强弱、嗅觉的灵敏度，均与宗气有关。还有协助心气推动心脉的搏动、调节心律的作用，宗气的这一作用影响着人体心搏的强弱、节律和血液的运行，并影响着肢体的寒温和活动能力。临床上，若宗气不足，可出现气短，喘促，呼吸急促，气息低微，肢体活动不便，心脏搏动无力或节律失常等症。 |
